  1. 2 cups Flour
  2. 1 cup Sugar
  3. 1.5 cups Soymilk
  4. 2 Apples
  5. 2 Pears
  6. 1Ts Baking Powder
  7. 1/2Ts Baking Soda
  8. 1Ts Vanilla Extract
  9. 1Tbs Cinnamon Powder
  10. 1pinch Salt
  11. Agave Sirup
  1. Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt) together and stir. Now in a separate container add the soymilk and vanilla extract together, then pour it into the bowl with the dry ingredients and whisk it together till you get a smooth dough. Let sit for a while.
  2. Was the apple and the pear, then slice and dice into pieces and fold into the dough, which is now ready to go into the oven.
  3. Take a baking tray and cover with some baking paper. Add the dough from the bowl and spread over the paking tray. Now put in the oven for 45 minutes - the first 30 munites at 160 degrees and the remaining 15 minutes at 180 till the cake gets brown on top.
  4. After 45 minutes your cake should be ready to be taken out of the oven but before you enjoy it let it sit on the side. Once cooled down a little just cut it in squares and serve with a scoop of vanilla nicecream or like in my case here with a splash of agave sirup or some maple sirup if you have.
  5. Now enjoy the cake for breakfast, as dessert or for tea-time
