  1. 190g Miracle Angle Hair Noodles
  2. 250g Brown Button Mushrooms
  3. 200ml Coconut Cream
  4. 1 Bunch Of Spinach
  5. 1 Red Onion
  6. 2 Garlic Cloves
  7. 1 Tbs Chili Oil
  8. Black Pepper
  9. Himalayan Salt
  1. Drain the noodle and rinse the miracle angle hair noodles under running water
  2. Then quickly blanch the noodles for one minute in boiling water
  3. Drain the boiled noodles and add them in an oiled non-sticky pan to dry them up
  4. In the meantime steam the cleaned spinach for five minutes
  5. Now add the chopped red onion in a second pan with some olive oil
  6. Add the brown button mushrooms to it and start sauteing them for a couple of minutes
  7. Take the steamed spinach leaves and chop them up before you add them to your mushrooms
  8. Take your blender, add the container of coconut-cream with two peeled garlic cloves now flavor freshly ground black pepper as well as Himalayan salt and blend till smooth
  9. Add the blended sauce to the mushroom spinach mix, add the tablespoon of chili oil and stir it all together
  10. Now add the dried-up noodles to your garlicky spinach mushroom sauce and mix it till the noodles are en-robed with the creamy sauce
