  1. 190g Miracle Fettucini Noodles
  2. 160g Firm Tofu
  3. 200ml Coconut Cream
  4. 1 Red Onion
  5. 2 Cloves Of Garlic
  6. 2 Tbsp Chili Oil
  7. 1 Tbsp Turneric
  8. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  9. Ground Black Pepper
  10. Himalayan Salt
  1. Open the miracle noodle bag and rinse under running water for a few minutes
  2. Boil some water with a tablespoon of salt and blanch the noodles in it for one minute
  3. Drain the noodles and let them rest in the drainer
  4. Peel the red onion and garlic cloves and grate them into a bowl
  5. Add the firm tofu and scramble it
  6. Mix it all together and add the mixture into a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil
