Ingredients
  1. 500g Fettucine Pasta
  2. 400g Cauliflower Head
  3. 1 Bunch Of Basil
  4. 240ml Coconut Cream
  5. 1Tsp Wasabi
  6. 3 Cloves Garlic
  7. 1 Red Onion
  8. Himalayan Salt
  9. Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook your Fettucine pasta in salted boiling water
  2. Steam the head of cauliflower, garlic and red onion till soft
  3. Once soft chop-up the head of cauliflower and add to a blender with a bunch of basil, red onion and garlic
  4. Add the coconut cream to the blender as well till you get a smooth sauce
  5. Now add the sauce to a pan and flavor with ground black pepper, Himalayan salt as well as wasabi paste according to taste
  6. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain the Fettucine and add to the pan with the sauce and mix it all together
  7. Now serve the pasta in a bowl and enjoy the treat with real foodies
