Ingredients
  1. 500g Tagliatelle Pasta
  2. 300g Ovenroasted Bell Peppers
  3. 450g Crushed Tomatoes
  4. 300g Green Olives
  5. 1 Bunch of Basil
  6. 2Tbsp Chili Oil
  7. 2Tbsp Olive Oil
  8. Ground Black Pepper
  9. Himalayan Salt
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente
  2. Roast the peppers in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until soft
  3. Blend the crushed tomatoes with the oven-roasted peppers and the bunch of basil
  4. Add the blended sauce in a pan to heat-up and mix with the green olives as well as the chili oil
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the noodles to the pan with the sauce
  6. Mix the hot sauce with the pasta until the noodles are totally enrobbed with the sauce flavor with extra virgin olive oil, ground black pepper and Himalayan salt according to taste
  7. Now you mix it all together one last time and serve the past
