Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Of Flour
  2. 1 Cup Of Sugar
  3. 3 Fresh Mangoes
  4. 1/2 Tsp Of Backing Powder
  5. 1/2 Tsp Of Salt
  6. 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
  7. 1 1/2 Cups Of Soymilk
  8. 1 Tbsp Of Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir them together
  2. Incorporate the coconut oil, vanilla extract as well as the soy-milk
  3. Stir it all together till you get a sticky dough
  4. Then use one half of the dough and evenly spread it on the bottom of your baking tray that you layed out with a baking paper sheet
  5. Peel the mangoes and cut off the six mango halves
  6. Dress the dough out with mango halves
  7. Now cover the mango halves with the other half of the dough
  8. Bake on 180 degree Celcius heat for 20 to 25 minutes till crispy golden outside
  9. Take the pie out of the oven and set aside to rest for some time before you serve and enjoy it
