Ingredients
  1. 500g Linguine Pasta
  2. 400g Cauliflower
  3. 200g Green Olives
  4. 240ml Coconut Cream
  5. 1 Bunch Of Basil
  6. 1 Head Of Garlic
  7. 2Tbsp Chili Oil
  8. Ground Black Pepper
  9. Himalayan Salt
Instructions
  1. Cook the linguine pasta in salted boiled water until al dente
  2. Steam the cauliflower until soft
  3. Blend the steamed cauliflower with green olives, basil and coconut cream
  4. Heat-up the creamy sauce and mix the sauce with the linguine pasta
  5. Dress the pasta on a plate, flavor with ground black pepper and Himalayan salt, garnished with chili oil and you are ready to serve
