NUC Kuvings KJ-623S B6000S Slow Juicer Low Speed Squeeze Juice / Juice Extractor 220V 60Hz Free shipping
The juicer I use is from Kuvings a Korean manufacturer, that turned out to produce one of the best and most reliable juicers I had so far. Although I never had a Breville, the Rolls-Royce among juicers, I feel that the quality of this slow juicer is the best quality/price ratio you can find out there to produce fresh low speed squeeze juice to get the most out of your organic fruits and vegetables. The only thing you have to pay attention though is when you juice fibrous vegetables and fruits make sure to cut them in smaller pieces to avoid jamming the juice pulp exit with the gristly pulp leftovers. Other than that, you should be good with your juicer – I have it now for 3 years already and everything works fine like the first day!
With quiet conscience my recommendation for this product is 5 stars and a go – if you want to buy one of this brand too or another juicer, please use this link if you want to support my operations and causes. Thank you!
But whatever you decide I wish you a great juice journey and lots of happy hours with your juicer

Miracle Noodles And Rice – Best Ketogenic Noodles With Zero Calories, Zero Carbs and Gluten-Free
I was digging into the world of the zero calories noodle. You heard me, ZERO calories. I just discovered something called Shirataki Noodles that are extremely low calorie, gluten free noodles, zero carbs and ideal for a keto diet or all those pasta addicts who can’t live without. Yes, I played the guinea pig for you guys!
The famous shirataki pasta noodles AKA Miracle Noodle are made of a soluble fiber called “glucomannan”. In seven ounces of noodle packages, you will find around 6oz net which translates into 2 servings of noodles per package and ZERO calories. The noodles are edible, but they have been processed from a Japanese yam to be indigestible, so your body extracts no nutrition from them. Sounds delicious doesn’t it? As they are not the cheapest noodles out there at first I was skeptical. Then, there is the preparation which reminded me of my school days in a science lab. You open the bag and it smells like rotting fish. You rinse the noodles, blanch them in boiling water for one minute, and then let them dry in a non-sticking pan with a little olive oil. Hey, this is a bit time consuming but worth it if you want to keep the full pasta experience intact!
How did they taste? They don’t taste like anything what you would expect. They do remind you of traditional pasta, but not enough to convince you that you are eating real pasta as they are a little gelatinous. But they take on sauces very well and at the end the overall experience feels surprisingly real. The noodles exist in different shapes, colors and flavors that you can try out – they have even miracle rice.
If you are on a keto or low carb diet to lose weight or if you need gluten-free noodles – I can recommend you these noodles and I like them as they bring best results on the table for my vegan ketogenic diet.
You can buy them here and try them out yourself.
