Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Brown Rice
  2. 8 pieces Firm Tofu Scallops
  3. 300g Bell Peppers
  4. 300g Zucchini
  5. 2 Red Onions
  6. 8 Tbsp Orange Jam
  7. Veggie Broth
  8. Potato Starch
  9. Olive Oil
  10. Ground Black Pepper
  11. Himalayan Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash the brown rice and cook it in a veggie broth
  2. Turn the tofu scallops in the potato starch until fully coated
  3. Stir fry the tofu scallops until crispy cross and flavor with pepper and salt
  4. Saute the red onion an zucchini slices as well as bell pepper stripes flavored with ground black pepper and Himalayan salt
  5. Dress the cooked rice on a plate with the sauteed veggies and garnish the crispy cross tofu scallops with orange jam
  6. Now you are ready to serve
