Grilled Avocado With Tomato Salsa By Michel Nilles

4 Pcs Avocados
3 Pcs Tomatoes
2 Pcs Spring Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
0,5 Bunch Parsely
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Lime Juice
1 Ts Olive Oil
1 Pinch Himalayan Salt
2 Pinches Ground Black Pepper
Halve avocados and remove seeds.
Finely chop the tomatoes and mix with finely chopped spring onions, garlic slices, chopped parsley, lime juice and olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Brush the avocado halves thoroughly with olive oil and place for about 3-4 minutes with the cut surface facing down on the grill.
Put some salt and pepper on the grilled avocado halves and fill with tomato salsa.
