Vegan Kaiserschmarrn By Michel Nilles


Full of flavor and healthy is this plant-based cruelty-free treat for real sweet treat lovers!

1 Tbs Baking Powder
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
8 Tbs Flour
2 Pack Raisins
2 Tbs Soy Flour
2 Cup Soy Milk
1 Tbs Powdered Sugar


For the vegan Kaiserschmarrn stir in soy milk, flour, baking powder, sugar and the flour and add the raisins.

Make the coconut oil in a coated pan very hot and then pour in the dough.

Reduce the heat a little and bake the dough until the edge looks baked and the top is only slightly liquid.

Then turn the dough and tear it into pieces with a fork. Add coconut oil to the pan again and bake.

When ready baked, dress on a plate and dust with powdered sugar. Serve best with apple mousse and sour cherry jam.
